All buildings over time, will collect road dirt, grime and biological growth such as moss, mould or algae. This can affect the appearance of your building and also be damaging to the surface of your cladding.

Soft Wash

Soft wash or Moss & Mould Treatment is our self developed solution which consists of a unique selective biocide that is biodegradable, envrionmentally friendly and specifically designed for the removal of biological growth.

Application is through purpose built, low pressure diaphragm pumps. When applied, the solutions immediately attacks the growth. Over time, weathering will cause the growth to decompose and with rain, this safe, cleansing combination reactivates to help flush away the biological growth without scouring the surface it has infested. This averts the need for high-pressure water blasting which is messy, time consuming and worst of all, causes damage to the surface.
The Moss & Mould Treatment also has a residual effect which ensures that once a surface has come clean, it will stay clean for approximately 6 times longer than a water-blasted surface.

Hypo Wash

Our Hypo Wash method is specifically designed to have an 'instant clean' effect. The chemical treatment consists of different chlorides and detergents which are applied to the exterior surface of the building, then rinsed off using as little pressure as possible to eliminate the possibility of surface damage. This method of building washing will give your building an instant clean.
